Ballots shall be made available to the membership no later than May 1 and shall be returned for counting no later than June 15. Ballots shall contain the names of qualified petitioners and persons placed in nomination recommended by the Nominating Committee. Write-in votes shall not be permitted.
Any candidate receiving a plurality of the votes cast for any office shall be declared elected. Results of the election will be certified to the Board of Directors no later than June 30th. In case of a tie, another ballot shall be taken concerning that specific office. In the event of another ballot, ballots shall be sent to all members entitled to cast votes for the position in question no later than July 15.
The officers and directors elected shall take office September 1.
Votes will be submitted electronically through the TMCA website. Paper ballots will not be available. Only members with an active membership as of May 1st, 2024, will be able to view and submit a ballot.
Polls will close June 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
Members in Region I, III, V, VII and IX You will cast your vote for President Elect, Second Vice-President and Treasurer only. Region Directors for odd numbered regions are elected in odd numbered years. You can verify your region by viewing your membership card in your profile. |
Members in Region II, IV, VI, VIII and X You will cast your vote for President Elect, Second Vice-President, Treasurer and Regional Director for your region. You will have access to the ballot for your region assignment only. You can verify your region by viewing your membership card in your profile. |
